The Miracle Home Program
RE/MAX is the exclusive real estate sponsor of the Children’s Miracle Network. The hallmark of our involvement with Children’s Miracle Network is that 100% of the funds raised in our community benefit our local Children’s Hospital, the IWK Foundation, which serves our local children.
RE/MAX real estate professionals believe in giving back to the communities in which they live and work, with a charitable focus on strengthening the foundation of this country’s great neighbourhoods. RE/MAX does this by lending support to valuable local initiatives, organizations and programs that make a profound difference in the care and quality of life for Canadians, such as Children’s Miracle Network (CMN), through the Miracle Home Program Property Program.
Since RE/MAX and CMN first partnered in 1992, Canadian RE/MAX agents have donated more than $89 million to their local children’s hospitals through the Miracle Home or Miracle Commercial Property program. CMN raises funds and awareness for 12 Children’s Hospitals in Canada, and donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric equipment and research.
What is a Miracle Home Property?
When you buy, sell, or lease a property with a RE/MAX agent you can help make miracles happen. A RE/MAX agent who is participating in either program, will designate your home as a Miracle Home or Miracle Commercial Property. A Miracle Home listing will display a specially branded RE/MAX for Sale sign, which shows prospective buyers that their purchase will also contribute to a good cause in the neighbourhood they will be joining, and Miracle Commercial Properties will be advertised locally, regionally, nationally and across North America. Once your home or commercial property sells or leases, your agent will donate to your local CMN member hospital on your behalf. You can feel good knowing that when you choose to list with a RE/MAX agent who participates in the Miracle Home or Miracle Commercial Property program, you are also choosing to help make a difference in a child’s life.
