I’m the Owner and Broker of REMAX® Fairlane Realty and lead the Truro Home Team, serving Truro and Colchester County. With over 18 years in the real estate industry, I bring strategic insight, strong negotiation, and modern marketing to every client relationship.

I specialize in residential real estate, including luxury homes, new construction, and multi-unit investment properties. Whether I’m advising builders, guiding investors, or helping buyers and sellers navigate competitive markets, my approach is hands-on, informed, and results-driven.

Before entering real estate, I ran a successful photography business with my husband, David — experience that now shapes how I market listings through professional photography, video, and digital campaigns. I leverage the power of the REMAX® brand and modern tools to give my clients strong exposure, clear strategy, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

Within the Truro Home Team, Amy and I bring serious experience and strategy to every transaction we touch. Our collaborative approach gives clients more insight, stronger planning, and hands-on execution, with two experienced REALTORS® actively involved behind the scenes on every deal.

I’m deeply involved in the local community and the real estate industry, having served on the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission Board of Directors, the MLS® Committee for the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS®, the Cobequid Arts Council, and Third Place Transition House.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out with my three dogs — Maci, Arlo, and Sasha — or spending time reading with my book club, gardening, and crafting. I’m proud to live and work in Truro, and I love helping people find a place that truly feels like home.
